If a people are wicked and want a wicked ruler, God permits it, |

even encourages it. Dominion over the earth was given to man. |
|
God is patient, If a people want to experience the horrors of |
|
evil rulers, He will let them do just that until they tire of it |
|
and turn to Him. |

Question: Who are the "watchers" in Daniel 4? I was wondering |
|
if that subject should have its own thread? Feel free to start |
|
one if you like. |

Daniel 4:17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and |
|
the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the |
|
living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, |
|
and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the |
|
basest of men. |

I was thinking about this this morning, Ps 51 vs 10-13 We have � |
|
create, renew, cast, restore and then will I teach ��-+++++� |
|
|

Verse 14 goes on to say, � Deliver me from blood guiltiness, O |
|
God of my salvation: my tongue shall sing aloud of thy |
|
righteousness � |
|
Which seems to point to King David as the writer but what jumped |
|
out to me was � |
|
and renew right spirit within me� |
|
So the creating of a clean heart was not enough, he knew he |
|
still needed a renewing of a �right spirit�. |
|
In this strange �time� in which I live I�m finding that this has |
|
to become part of my daily prayer, I can confess my missing the |
|
mark clean heart but the question is, how�s my spirit is it |
|
right??? |
