This is BIG!! So happy for her. And a recurring role! wow. I |

wanna know more about her character! Can't wait for more news. |
|
I'm happy she got cast in a popular, established series, I'd |
|
hate to her of her being cast in a pilot and it not getting |
|
picked up or getting cancelled quickly. |

I don't watch Dexter but I have heard a lot about it. It also is |
|
one of her favorite shows so it'll be great to see her on it :D |
|
So happy for her. |
|
Pilots are tricky. Very few out there get picked up and from the |
|
ones that do , there are even fewer that are good and have a |
|
decent run. |

Showtime is what we call a premium cable network. So TBS which |
|
shows Men at Work is a cable network (you have to pay for a |
|
cable package) and Showtime is another step above. You have to |
|
buy a cable package and then add on Showtime (like $15/mo). |
|
Showtime is like HBO. Gah, I am so excited for Joy! I love |
|
Dexter and these days, IMO, premium cable is where it's at. I |
|
don't like any of the regular network shows at all. Showtime |
|
also shows Homeland, if you've heard of that. |

yes I think a lot of the shows on showtime and HBO are MUCH |
|
better quality these days than the network shows. It's really |
|
awesome that Joy landed this role, could not be happier. |
