the house in the woods roleplay.

Plot:
"An abandoned mansion sits in the middle of the woods on the
outskirts of a quiet town. For years, townspeople have told
stories about the dilapidated house and the wealthy family who
perished within its walls. Some say the family was murdered by
possessive spirits who refused to have their land occupied by
those without proper claim to it. Others say that a series of
freak accidents claimed the family members one by one. A grisly
fall down the stairs, a surprise electrocution in the bathtub,
an unfortunate slip into the furnace. No one knows for sure
what really happened in that house, nearly 50 years ago; no one
has entered the mansion since it was first condemned and all
residents of the town know better than to go that far in those
woods. Until curiosity takes over..."

Musical interest: Pop punk, pop and jazz.
Insecurities/Fears: Eyes and shyness.
Appearance: Nyx has shoulder length bright purple hair with a
straight messy fringe that finish at her eyebrows. She has a
rounded baby like face with dull looking light green eyes. She
is found to be wearing light/pastel clothes when not in her
normal school uniform {changes, wears uniform neatly}.
Personality: Nyx has always been a shy and introvert kind of
personality ever since she remembers. Although, she hates that
she is shy due to the fact that she finds it hard to talk to
strangers with confidence, muttering and mixing up her words or
doing something to embarrass herself. She is known to open up
and become a bit louder when she becomes close to others {finds
it difficult to become close}. She is kind and constantly
wanting to help others out with their problems, she loves to
give advice.
History: Nyx has dealt with suicidal thoughts, but has slowly
gotten them to ease, not becoming her main objective. Although
she has improved throughout the years dealing with her anxiety
she is still prone to having anxiety attacks and still struggles
to keep them under control. When in her younger teen years she
abused drugs, making her depression become worse and ending up
in her hanging out with the wrong kind of people. She is now
straight edge.

[hr]NAME: Haruka Cross
GENDER: M
AGE: 17
APPEARANCE: black, shoulder length hair that is tied up, most of
his right eye is covered by his dark hair. His eyes are a
bright baby blue-like colour, he has pale skin yet it is
slightly tanned for a healthy looking colour. Is short. And
somewhat adorable. He has a scar on his left cheek that starts
from his eye and goes to his jawline. TBA
PERSONALITY: Haruka is usually a quiet person but can be a
chatter box from time to time, depend on the subject and how
much he is explaining something, etc. He can sometimes go back
to his old self where he is somewhat aggressive but it's usually
rare nowadays. Haruka is happiest when with his partner. TBA
RELATIONSHIP: taken.
FRIENDSHIPS: ask.
ENEMIES: ask.
OTHER: grew up in an orphanage with a childhood friend after he
lost most of his memories of before the age of nine. Haruka
received a scar at the age of thirteen, not long before the
orphanage was burnt down. Most of the children survived but the
caretakers died. TBA

((Hmm, okay, I have an idea))
Following a hand drawn map given by one of the students from
school, Haruka walked beside his project partner as they
wandered the woods in search of an old mansion. He read the
map, that looked as if it were drawn by a kid, while focusing on
where he was walking. Haruka glanced over at his assignment
partner, Mia. He didn't really know her well so he didn't
really know how to strike up a conversation with her.
Their assignment was to have and present high information on
things that may've been haunted, this was for English. Due to a
lot of them being taken, some of the students had dared them to
choose this particular mansion and even go to check it out.

Mia glanced over to the horrible drawn up map that Haruka was
grasping. "This map is ridiculous." She commented with a
frustrated expression upon her face, but she knew there was
nothing that could be done about it. She noticed that Haruka,
her partner, was awfully quite which stroke an interest for Mia
to be able to hold a conversation with him. "You don't speak
much, don't you?" She raised her eyebrows. "Or are you just one
whom prefers comfortable silences?" She spoke with curiosity in
her tone.

"I guess it's because I don't know you quite well. I can be
pretty talkative sometimes." Haruka stated, squinting closely to
the map then looked around. Though it's awfully drawn, the one
that drew it definitely took in the things that's easiest to
remember and notice.. Haruka thought to himself. "Up ahead
there should be a large stump with some type of purple flower in
it. By turning right, it's quicker but it's dangerous. Turing
left is more convenient for safety and keeping us in one piece."

Mia nodded as she listened to her partner speak to her about the
best options. "I suppose we shall go the safest way." She walked
ahead of him a bit, looking around the place curiously with her
eyes. She knew if she wasn't smart about the decisions she made
while heading to this haunted house she could most likely end up
dead like the others who tried to investigate it's secrets.
"Haruka..." She trailed off a slight. "Are you scared? Or even
just the slightest?" She asked and stopped in her tracks for a
bit for him to catch up.

Haruka stopped and looked up from the map and straight at the
girl as he thought for a moment. ".....To be honest, I never
actually really thought about it until now and so you've got me
thinking about it..." Haruka looked to the ground as he thought
about his goal and then suddenly flipped his eyes back up at.
Mia. "But we just need to keep pushing forward if we want to
get this over and done with, I actually would've preferred if we
didn't come here but I can't seem to allow myself to get a bad
grade at this point in time, plus we never know what may
happen."
And like that, Haruka began to walk in front of Mia to continue
what they came to the forest for.
