TOPS-20 is an OS by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). It |

is designed for 36-bit mainframe computers, and is the OS |
|
that powers the primary systems on the Fortuna Miners |
|
Democracy RED CONSENSUS. The gopher subsystem is currently |
|
external to the TOPS-20 OS; it will be migrated as soon |
|
as a gopher server for TOPS-20 is either discovered or |
|
created. |
|
|
|
The operating manuals are provided below, for those citizens |
|
that are entrusted with the care of the RED CONSENSUS. |
|
Curious parties are invited to explore this interesting OS. |
