boiler-plate code shows an error message and does not work.
I receive an e-mail from the team with some points to check,
check them, and can work with the GUI tool.
I send the e-mail to the users in my project.
Some manager comes to me and asks if that solution is good enough.

But, he has to involve other managers.
Well, checking the environment and configuration is a part of troubleshooting!
