Oh my, I dunno what devil rode me.
I've accepted to participate in a community for
improving interaction between citizens interested
in the development of our city, and particularly
to help setting up a website for the organization.
But when I play around with that WordPress site
and have a look at the HTML generated by this tool,
I feel an urge to suddenly empty my stomach not by
the downward way.. I do know why I never want such
stuff for my own site(s)! *shudders*
But I guess nobody from my new colleagues has any
idea about Markdown and the likes... one of the
founders of the community, a guy very versed in
analytics of the modern intarwebs and certainly
ten years my major, never even heard of gopher.
There is some work ahead.
On a lighter note, I hope to be able to push
forward the development of gophernicus, as I've
got in contact with Kim Holviala and he accepted
me as a collaborator on his gophernicus repo on
Github, together with another developer who
volunteered as well. Now I will *really* have to
learn how to do collaborative development, but of
course I'm looking forward to it (and hope I will
not break too much stuff).
