We actually started doing this over on rawtext.club - I think it's lapsed a
bit, due to tooling... but it *is* actually a thing that we were using. I
personally loved it, and now I really want to make a more public version...

One particularly interesting bit about the approach that we took is to make the
threads a bit email-ish, though now I'm curious if using mbox formatting would
work well.

I'm also trying to figure out how to make an issue tracker just using git+plain
text. Because why not?
