We're going to see my wife's
grandmother, who is in her mid-90s.
She's a very nice lady, famous in the
family for her amazing soups, but she
doesn't always remember who you are
these days.
Grandma lives up in the Peace River
district. It's a bit of a drive
through the Rockies and we'll be
staying in Jasper tonight, which is
always fun. If you ever get the
chance, go to Jasper in the spring or
fall, when there aren't many tourists.
It's a beautiful place. Bring a
sweater. Or two.
Anyways, I'm not taking my laptop on
the trip, so I won't be able to post
for a while. I'm not sure when we're
coming back. It'll probably be about a
week. It can't be too much longer than
that.
