Well, I ordered a Pi Zero 1.3, non-wifi, from Vilros.com.
They sent me a package with an invoice and nothing else
inside. There may have been a faint odor of a smokeable
herb as well.

So I emailed. They appologized, and immediately generated a
tracking number for a re-shipment. That took several days
to actually track, and then was listed by the USPS as
lost/delayed. I'm used to waiting for electronics, as I
generally purchase them from ebay/china. So no big deal.

Today I got the package, and it had a beat-up anti-static
back with one corner torn almost off, and deep impressions
of the pi board as if maybe it had been sat on a few times.
There was a Pi Zero W 1.1 inside, which was dirty and had
a silver "X" written on the back in that metallic sharpie
type pen.

Of course, I ordered the non-wifi 1.3 because my previous
wifi 1.1 died a horrible and unexplained death, and was
re-purposed as a Christmas tree ornament this year. I
didn't need wifi for the project I had in mind, and I
wanted stability like I had with my previous 1.3 pi zero.
And I don't really need a tree full of broken Pi ZeroW's
next Christmas, though that might be cool.

But you know, the whole thing was $7 ($5+$2 shipping,) and
so it's not really worth spending my time worrying about
it. Unless it came pre-broken, in which case I might
complain.

** Update

The board is DOA, completely non-functional. I wrote them
to let them know that I'd be sending it back to them. They
may try to make it right again, but if not, I'll at least
have learned not to order from Vilros again in the future.
I didn't ask for a refund or replacement, just let them
know that they sent a used, non-working version of the
wrong product.
