I can't wait to get this house sold and to establish myself
in my next location. I hate moving, first of all, but I am
finding that selling/moving is impacting my ability to get
things done, both in work and play. And I really want to
try another z80 project.

My "Grant Searle z80 CP/M" computer never was. I think it
was because of faulty components, and I'm guessing that it
is most likely my crappy/cheap ebay z80 SIO/2 chips. Most
everything else works in other projects. Who knows.

In any case, I don't want to give up on a CP/M machine. I
managed to build a nice z80 computer with ROM Basic (well,
nice by my standards) from nothing all the way through to
a computer with a case and mass storage (audio.) But the
CP/M computer is haunting me. I really want to make it
happen.

There is the RC2014 kit, which looks nice, but there are
some things I don't like about it. I suppose it is a
pretty flexible kit, so I could potentially get it the
way I want it.

I still have a pcb version of Grant's CP/M system. Since
it is dead simple to try new components in that, I might
just purchase all new ICs from a more reputable online
seller, and test that thing out again.

But of course, I have to focus on what I'm doing here
first. Sell the house, get an RV, travel a bit, and
attempt to buy a house outright somewhere. Once that's
done, I can get back to important things, like making
more z80 computers.
