I have a client that has delayed the completion of a job
for more than a year, and has not yet paid the invoice.
The reasons for continuing to work with them are complex,
primarily humanitarian/philanthropic I suppose, if I want
to paint myself as optimistically as possible. Now today,
they are asking "when is this going to go live?" as if I
have been in any way the reason for it taking so long...

Sometimes I don't know why I bother working for myself,
it is a lot of hassle in a lot of ways.

Saw something that looked interesting today. It was
listed as a "decentralised, minimalist microblogging
service for hackers." It's called twtxt[1], and I haven't had
time to look into it further, but I plan to.
