Assorted small notes
--------------------

I previously wondered out loud what we should call "geminiholes".
Sloum suggests "capsules", in keeping with the theme.  I like it!
"You can read about that in my Gemini capsule".  If you hate it, feel
perfectly free to use "Gemini site", "Gemini page", whatever.

Ruby gems *do* use the .gem extension.  Apparently .gmi is used by
map calibration files for some proprietary bicycle GPS software.
That's about 100 times more obscure than Ruby, so I think I'd be okay
using it as an extension for Gemini map files.  index.gmi could be
analogous to index.html or index.gph.  Servers could auto-generate
directory listings if no index.gph is found.

A small polite request: at some stage I'm going to write a
fully-featured, industrial strength Gemini server, and I'd like to
name it "Molly Brown" (the nickname of the Gemini 3 capsule).  This
won't happen for a while, and I figured in the meantime there's a
non-negligible probability of somebody else wanting a cute name for
something Gemini-related they're writing, hitting up Wikipedia to
look for ideas and finding that.  Can I please have dibs?
