I love that idea. I listened to Trump talk about it a lot, and I had my kid in a charter school back when I lived in New Mexico. Charter schools are excellent.
But I'm swimming in a muddy pond full of water snakes; every single member of NY's government is a total POS, except for the county sheriffs.
