Of course.  That's just par for the course.  They put a nice sounding name on
things that are good for them, but bad for the Country so that no one actually
looks at it too closely.

The Media was always Left-leaning, but once the Act was "modernized" they could
finish their transformation into the Propaganda Ministry that the Left wanted.
