According to CNBC, the US Treasury reported a $291B deficit, blowing past the $183B dollar estimate, and higher than $244B from last year.

The reported deficit has been steadily rising since March... Where the deficit was about a steady $9B from August of 2024..

Is this the winning they were talking about?
