My response here was to someone who believes that people will die if USAID is shut down... They were talking about expense of managing the funds at USAID and possible expenses at the NGOs as being some needed evil.
USAID was shut down because ~90% of the money leaving it could not be accounted for and that the NGOs chosen were dubious, at best, but linked back to the Democrat party.
Since Trump stopped these illegal uses of taxpayer money the DNC has no money in their war chest.
