My 8 year old is "tired of the racist crap." I like PBS enough to watch the extra channels they have (with cooking shows, travel shows, etc) but I'll never forget Elmo giving a lecture about police brutality, and I won't miss PBS one bit when I see the puppets sitting out on the curb.

To me it seems like most people are watching Instagram/TikTok videos more than TV. (I still watch TV but I'm a weird guy.)

I used to always see the ad that says "This show was made possible from contributions from viewers like you," and now I know what it really meant: "Made possible with squandered tax dollars from taxpayers like you."
