I was delighted to read in the news this morning that the Late Show with Stephen Colbert is being cancelled.
Later today, disgraced US Senator Adam Schiff (Pencilneck) said "If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better."
So many things are wrong with what he said that I can't point them all out, but here goes:
1) CBS is a leftist network. People who are both blind and deaf know that it's not for political reasons.
2) The Public doesn't care about that. The public wants to know why Schiff let a Parkinsons patient run the country from a beach chair for 4 years.
3) The public actually DOESN'T DESERVE to know their reason. They can do whatever they want. There's no law that says CBS has to tell us anything.
4) We're paying Adam Schiff $250,000 a year and this is what we're getting for our money.
What else? What did I forget? There are many layers to the ridiculousness.
