If these students are not yet in the country, it is not a violation. I can
see wanting to use social media to vet who you let in. Once you've let
them in, that changes things some but they should keep some eye on it.
It really sickens me every time someone goes nuts and kills people, and
they only afterwards unearth all of their threatening social media posts. :(
IMHO, once it is posted publicly on social media, it should be the same as
announcing it publicly in a large crowd on the street.
