NR mode was set by my recent addition of the defnode setting in binkd...

one thing that i've discovered that that has led to is that i must define all
the fidonet addresses of those nodes connecting to me... at least, it appears
that way, so far... two other systems could not connect due to their
presentation of all fidonet akas instead of just the one we use between us... i
have to wait on the others to connect and see what happens with them... several
are flying akas in other networks...
