I live in Dallas, a metro area with over 7.5 million people. You'd
think there'd be variety. An Eagles song was on one channel to I
changed to another...already had the same Eagles song playing. Changed
to another channel which was on ads...so I waited and then what...they
played an Eagles song.
That's when you know it's time to give up and just pop on a CD.
While I can see the advantages of using subscription services, you're
basically just renting music, you pay ever month but you don't own
anything at the end of it. I'll stick to ripping my CDs to mp3s and
playing on the computer, through Alexa or loading what I feel like
listening to onto my phone and play it in the car.
