Innes, yes.  Adams... some of the Pythons liked him, and he doesn't
have much direct contact (TJ turned one of his jokes into a book, JC
appeared one of his Doctor Who episodes)...

"Fierce Creatures" was a non-sequel to "A Fish Called Wanda", not the
other way around.
