What I can tell you is that on almost exactly the same day as the planned
release date for series 1, the whole series is being released in a DVD box set
for the first time in Australia.  Keep checking back on Amazon, that would be
my best advice - but if you have a region-free DVD player the Australian set
(at approx. 40 pounds) could be a very good investment.
