Sorry for my no-so-perfect English.

People, I translate Monty Python's Flying Circus in Russian. Could youhelp me
with some aspects I don't understand? I think that would be also interesting to
any non-English speaking people.

1. 'Wither Canada' title. Which meaning of 'whither' was meant?

2. 'Owl-Sretching Time'. What does it mean?

3. What means 'Caerphilly A Go-Go' -- that's from scetch of mouse men.

4. What means 'eyeties' - that's from Army Racket scetch, with two Italian
gangsters.
