That command was removed by Michiel when he fully removed the ASCII support
from MBSE.  Andrew has since added that back to the example menus.

That is my fault. I fat-fingered it and Andrew is currently fixing that.  I've
made sure that will not happen again.

If you look at the documentation, I did a lot of work by updating how to
install DOSemu and DOS doors as well as adding a chapter about setting up
Linux "doors"/programs using the /U command Andrew added.

I need to update the "how to set up a web server" and "how to set up a FTP
server" documentation as it is seriously out of date.

Sadly, my chronic health issues like to keep me busy and in and out of the
hospital.

I'm doing better so I'll be working on updating the documentation more.
Eventually, I want to create a searchable PDF form of the documentation using
LaTeX and possiby other formats also.
