Yes, this netmail is bouncing between 4/106 and 4/106.2

No!

This is a legitimate netmail in zone 21 so we want to deliver it in a way
that the reciever can toss it. We want to do that in all zones.

Did you notice that netmail had lines beginning with a CRLF or ^M? I think
that is a problem and might be the reason the netmail is not being tossed at
the recieving node.

I have seen this also in Fidonet when I recieve mail at my point
1:153/757.2. In that case the netmail is tossed at point 2 but there is a
blank line between every line.
