IF you go to applewoodbbs.linkpc.net you can grab the file
pktview-990727.zip
just has the linux program pktview and to use supply the path and packet name
to the program for a detailed on screen report.
I.e., pktview var/inbound/ca123456.pkt
Compiled under Linux - Magiea v7.1 X64 Note it is compiled for 64 bit
Linux.
Just tred it with your packet a lot of via lines - heavy data loop so skipping
them :

Seen some thing like this before and the sender is NOT in Fidonet so your
routing table should have helped to reject (delete) it.
