Check your TCP/IP flags entry in mbsetup 1.14.3. By default, MBSE will only
enable protocols that are listed there.
Mine is set to:
IBN,IFC,ITN:60177,XX,CM

MBSE will always use BinkP if both options are available, as BinkP is more
efficient. To override, you can override the flags for the node in question.
