Is mbtask running? If so, load mbmon and display the server statistics
(option 2.) Check to see if it shows your Internet as up. If it doesn't,
check the IP addresses you entered in mbsetup option 18 (Task Manager) to make
sure that they are responding to pings. If both of them are not, mbtask will
think your internet connection is down and not attempt any outbound internet
calls.
