Was not comparing it as it was core system and do not even remember what - for
all I remember it might have been CPM.

Did however sell/distribute software, hardware, books and mags from the 70's
thgat was for micros including Microsoft with Windows v1 & v2 (unuseable so
not
sold) Msdos v1 and later and started distributing and fully supporting Windows
v3.0 (limited sales to micro manu. only) v3.1 to all.

Apple I managed to keep clear of until I bought this 2009 Mac Pro and have
only
upgraded Ram from 6Gb to 24Gb with the hope it would improve performance but
currently only have working MySql server as my box has mariadb as distro
standard which I do not like.
