     Title: Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

     Yield: 1 servings

   1/2 c  Old-fashioned oats
   1/2 md Gala or Honeycrisp apple,
          - chopped
     1 tb Raisins
     1 c  Milk
   1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
       ds Salt
          Toasted chopped nuts

 In a small container or Mason jar, combine all
 ingredients. Seal container; refrigerate overnight.
