MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Raisin Nut Oatmeal
Categories: Grains, Nuts, Fruits, Spice, Dairy
     Yield: 6 servings

 3 1/2 c  Fat-free milk
     1 lg Apple, peeled and chopped
   3/4 c  Steel-cut oats
   3/4 c  Raisins
     3 tb Brown sugar
 4 1/2 ts Butter, melted
   3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 c  Chopped pecans

 In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray,
 combine the first 8 ingredients. Cover and cook on low
 for 7-8 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Spoon oatmeal
 into bowls; sprinkle with pecans.
