MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Red Bean Vegetable Soup
Categories: Vegetables, Beans, Herbs, Chilies, Poultry
     Yield: 12 servings

     3 lg Red bell peppers; chopped
     3    Celery ribs; chopped
     2 md Onions; chopped
    64 oz (4 cans) kidney beans;
          - rinsed, drained
     4 c  Chicken broth
     2    Bay leaves
   1/2 ts (to 1 ts) salt
   1/2 ts (to 1 ts) Cajun seasoning
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce

 In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the peppers, celery,
 onions and beans. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
 Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until vegetables
 are tender. Discard bay leaves before serving.
