MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Artichoke Skillet
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs, Citrus
     Yield: 4 servings

     4    (4 oz ea) boned, skinned
          - chicken breast halves
   1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
     2 ts Olive oil
    14 oz Water-packed quartered
          - artichoke hearts; rinsed,
          - drained
   2/3 c  Chicken broth
   1/4 c  Halved pimiento-stuffed
          - olives
   1/4 c  Halved pitted Greek olives
     2 tb Minced fresh oregano
          +=OR=+
     2 ts Dried oregano
     1 tb Lemon juice

 Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large
 skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown chicken
 on both sides.

 Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
 simmer, covered, 4-5 minutes.
