I've got one of those, a BRS (Byer Recording Services) portable recording unit,
it can cut 78 RPM acetates and 33s. Has a sort of worm drive etc under the
deck, quite well thought out device, its only drawback is that it's got a cold
cutting head.

Of course I havent seen acetates on the market for years.
