None of those companies are using Amateur frequencies. They're using VHF
frequencies above and below our HAM 2mtr frequencies or they're using the
lowend of 400MHz and above the UHF HAM frequencies at 455MHz, which are
part of the business band.  Didn't find anything which would infer that
they'd like to take over either VHF or UHF HAM bands.  BTW, our 420-450Mhz
UHF HAM band is on a shared basis with the US military (usually radar), so
it wouldn't surprise me if the FCC allowed those LEOs to share it too.
