I figure thats how I got the gig as well. :) It's very strange. We had
our biggest gig after playing steady for 6 months (opened for Warrant to an
audience of 3-4 thousand) and I didn't bat an eye. Not 6 weeks later, I was
sitting in a bar we used to play, having one last beer with the bass player the
night before shipping out and the owner asked us to wank a couple of songs.
After not playing for 3 weeks the 10 people in the bar made me nervous As
hell... Go figure.
MR> Best of luck. Let us know how it turns out.
Surely, nothing happening yet, I've had an ugly couple of weeks and
haven't even had the time to call him.

That depends on the styles. I've played wit some guys who were 180 out
from what I do and it just seemed to work and also with guys who played very
similar and we just seemed to be out of sync.
