TELAPI INT14 support with DOS Telemate BIOS support works. Telemate Kermit is too slow at 300 CPS, but Zmodem is normal at about 15,000 CPS. That gives me a way to do it all without the extra step of FTP.

As for why TELAPI fails with the direct DOS Kermit to DOS Kermit over TELAPI, maybe it's the limited set of control characters prefixed in your config. They say that can cause issues. But after 20 years untouched, I wouldn't ask you to change it now. :)
