You can't have the cake and eat it too. NODELIST.305 as issued fom 2:2/0 is
either also the master list as issued by the IC (Case 1) or it isn't (Case 2).
It can't be both.

Case 1: Your whining about RC88 missing from the invitation send by netmaiil by
the FTSC administrator to all RCs is just that: whining. There is no RC88 in
NODELIST.305, the master list as published by the IC.

Case 2: The Z4 part of the nodelist was not properly distributed to all ZCs.
The IC has failed his duty as laid out in P4, 1.2.7.

So which is it? Case 1 or Case 2?

The IC has also failed in coordinating the distribution of the
