LOL! Happens. It was an accident.
The FTSC used to have a FAQ area that helped with configurations. Do you think
it would help if there was a sysem independent FAQ on what to look for when
upgrading mailers to prevent such? I would come with steps where you backup,
take a snapshot, toss with mailer down and so on.
