I'd call it "dereliction of duty".

Hmmm, interesting. While we're speaking of negligence, perhaps Ward
would care to explain the below entry in *HIS* nodelist:
Zone,2,Eur_(147),B,Ward_Dossche,-Unpublished-,300,CM,MO,INA:many-glacier.dyndns.org,IBN,IFT,PING,IMI:
[email protected],U,ENC
,2,Fidonews_Editor,Sweden,Bjorn_Felten,46-31-960447,33600,CM,XA,V34,INA:eljaco.se,IBN:24555
,29,WinPoint_Help,D,Tim_Schattkowsky,-Unpublished-,300
The Bjorn entry apparently isn't really "CM", as it takes 8-12 hours of
continuous trying to get that address to answer and accept a netmail.
Bjorn calls that a "busy signal". Laughable if it wasn't so pitiful.
The /29 entry is just blatantly wrong. No connection information
whatsoever. Not a valid nodelist entry, and Ward has been told about it
repeatedly, and yet does nothing.
Why is that, Ward?
... Ignorance can be cured. Stupid is forever.
