Actually, Ward - hold on. I wasn't familiar with the HH Belgium case, and there isn't much information online, but it closely mirrors my situation with Alex Barinov (N5020C) and my excommunication from Z2, where you refused my appeal and sided with the regional authority in Russia.

Although Pennsylvania's statute of limitations has likely expired, judges can still proceed in certain circumstances.

Would you be interested in filing another lawsuit? This time it would be in the United States - you'd need to fly here, and legal fees could exceed several thousand dollars.

Also, since this would be your second suit on the same matter, the judges may take a different view.

I have the resources to hire the best attorney for this case. Shall we pursue this route?
