Yes, that's one type.  Also some wrapping / linelength issues, which
could be just poor configuration by the user.

Another probably-user problem is the complete lack of quoting of any
kind by some users.  Maybe they're ignorant, or maybe the software
doesn't quote by default, I don't know.
