You say this.... and then right below, you go the other direction...

Correct. That is what I've been saying all along, and you seem to have
not realized it. There are ALREADY legal proceedings against her.
AI> If that happens nobody wins. Not you, not me and not society
AI> generally.
I'd agree with that. Crime has no winners.

AI> Yes, that is likely what happened.
DC> Do you not have ANY faith in the legal system, or what?
AI> I am leary of the legal system here in Canada. It makes an

That happens in many/all countries, unfortunately. That's not what
we're debating, though.
DC> AI> Nobody killed a baby. The young lady chose to have an abortion.
DC> That remains to be seen. I'm pretty sure a judge wouldn't approve a
DC> warrant to investigate a routine abortion. Ever think of it like that?
AI> No body killed a baby in this case. This girl aborted her
AI> pregnacy. She is guilty of that.
Again, whether she killed a baby remains to be seen. What if, as the
details come out, it is seen that the baby was born alive and then
she/they burned it? What will you think then?
... Ignorance can be cured. Stupid is forever.
