He does care! Because if he does change it, it will break existing code. The
none standard synchronet MSGID is used internally in it's messagebase, afaik.
In my opinion a wrong design decision to use the MSGID for this. But apparently
difficult to fix...

It seems to work fine in jam messagebases when there are synchronet msgid's
