I only metioned it because you did get an error stating it couldn't fine the
internal MSG code...

This tells me you were trying to import a newsgroup into a non-existent MSG
base as it wasn't defined properly.

The newslink.js, as far as my system works, always imported binary albeit long
and just a random set of ascii characters. Once of the reasons, before I import
a newsgroup, is check to see if binary exists or is even allowed on the
newsgroup.  The alt.sex ones are the worst... lol.
