Uh, no, TheDraw was originally written in QuickBASIC with certain parts written
in assembly.  If you look in the TD archive, there's files that start with
QB4*... but the version I have says it was written in TP6.

Error 103 in TP is "file not open".  I'd gather that your assumption is right
and I'd say he follow your advice about the .TDF files.  I have TD 4.63 running
on a 800Mhz machine nicely.
