As I just stated in another echo (Argus), FMail is driving me up the wall. It
INSISTS on making the first echo area number 201. I want the echos starting at
20, not 201. But no matter what I try the exported file always puts echos at
201. Driving me batty and making me want to purge fmail from my system.
