Not the problem - the unpacker was ARCE and the nodediff was .arc. When the
most recent one came in I manually unpacked it with ARCE and it unpacked just
fine. Then I ran Xlaxdiff and that worked. Janis says there was a change in
the program used to create the .arc diff which might have caused the problem;
I'm going to check the next update and see if it works, and if there is a
problem I'll try it with the .zip.
