Hi Eddy,
You wrote to All on 27.11.02 about "windows fido point software":

Best to check in the POINTS echo to see what folks recommend
Eddy.

If Squish is *needed*, that will tend to limit the choices
available. Hudson ? - not really recommended.
Which suggests your choices could be from:
PPoint - in one of its combinations. (uses Binkley etc. as its
Mailer function),
APoint - which provides JAM, MSG or its own proprietory message
base. Has "normal" Fidonet Point facilities - and can be used
for e-mail and NGs via an ISP. Mailer built-in, to which BINKD
can be fitted relatively painlessly.
ET> I've already a mailer for him, that's binkd for transport via
ET> internet.
ET> Suggestions? Does he need more?
Depends a lot on both his knowledge and capabilities, plus your
know-how. So, as I wrote above - hook into the POINTS echo and
ask about it Eddy.
I'm sorta "prejudiced" <G>, but if the prospective Point is truly
a newby - I daren't recommend the item I'm using.
